B'nai B'rith International Portugal plays an active role in promoting tolerance and in the defense of human rights. This includes the protection of Jewish human rights, which are often denied. This is necessary in a world that persists in associating Jews and the only Jewish State on Earth with negative material realities and which ignores their virtues. The activities of B'nai B'rith take place jointly with the International Observatory of Human Rights, based in Portugal, and with other national and international Jewish organizations. The aim is to contribute to a fairer world.
